本文通过对84例结核性脑膜炎(以下简称结脑)脑脊液酸碱度(PH)、氧分压(PO_2)、钾(K~+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和腺苷脱氨酶活性(ADA)进行检测及临床追踪,探讨结脑患者在脑脊液异常、高颅压及脑衰竭不同情况下各项指标的改变及临床价值。 1 资料 参照陈广田诊断标准,本文收集了我院近年来资料较完整的84例住院结脑。其中男48例(57％);女36例(43％)。年龄最小者2岁;最大者76岁,平均42岁。
In this paper, 84 patients with tuberculous meningitis (hereinafter referred to as cerebrum) cerebrospinal fluid pH, PO 2, K, IgG and adenosine deaminase activity ADA) detection and clinical tracing to explore the changes and clinical value of tuberculous meningitis patients under different conditions of CSF abnormalities, intracranial hypertension and cerebral failure. 1 data refer to Chen Guangtian diagnostic criteria, this collection of our hospital in recent years more complete data of 84 cases of hospitalized knot brain. There were 48 males (57%) and 36 females (43%). The youngest 2 years; the largest 76 years old, average 42 years old.
