当前,我国经济正处于重要的经济转型阶段,企业面临着严峻挑战和风险的同时,也迎来了一系列的发展机遇。如何变危机为机遇,化压力为动力,实现企业又好又快发展是摆在管理者们面前的现实问题。人力资源作为企业管理中最为活跃的管理模块,是企业有效应对风险,在市场竞争中取得优势的决定性因素,因此企业对人力资源危机的管理应给予足够的重视。
At present, China’s economy is in an important phase of economic restructuring. While enterprises are facing severe challenges and risks, they also welcome a series of opportunities for development. How to turn crises into opportunities, to turn pressure into impetus and to realize the sound and rapid development of enterprises is a real problem confronting managers. As the most active management module in enterprise management, human resources are the decisive factor for enterprises to effectively deal with risks and gain advantages in market competition. Therefore, enterprises should pay enough attention to the management of human resources crisis.
