所谓混沌管理模式,是指注重人的主体地位,承认世界的复杂多变性。这与传统教学模式中的清晰管理模式是完全不同的,清晰管理模式抹去了人的可持续发展性,不利于人与人之间的情感交流。因此,针对高中物理教学中对混沌课堂管理模式的运用进行分析,以期在课堂中形成融洽、和谐的氛围,促进学生的学习与发展。
The so-called chaos management mode, refers to the focus on the dominant position of man, acknowledging the complex and volatile world. This is totally different from the clear management mode in the traditional teaching mode. The clear management mode erases the sustainable development of human beings and is not conducive to the exchange of emotions among people. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application of chaos classroom management mode in high school physics teaching with a view to forming a harmonious and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom and promoting students’ learning and development.
