关于迷走神經抑制心脏活动及发生脫逸现象的生化机制,曾先后提出完全相反的两种假說:其一、迷走神經抑制心脏活动是通过其末梢的乙酰胆硷促进心肌蛋白貭释放游离硫氢基(SH基)所实现的;而迷走神經出现脫逸乃由于硫氢基的过度消耗,此时如从外源或內源补充硫氢基,又可恢复迷走对心脏的抑制机能。发现:当离体蛙心的迷走神經受到重复刺激而发生脫逸
