本文通过计算和实验分析,解出冲击峰值加速度与脉宽的关系式及用于凸轮自由落体式冲击试验机缓冲器的主要材料刚度计算。可以此来计算不同材料组成的缓冲器所能实现的峰值加速度与脉宽,具有一定的计算精度,可指导这类试验机有目的地调整试验所需的峰值加速度和脉宽值。同时指出,这类试验在跌落高度H足够大时能够满足目前试验标准规定的峰值加速度和脉宽的要求。
In this paper, the calculation of the peak acceleration and pulse width and the calculation of the stiffness of the main material used in the cam free-fall impact testing machine bumper by calculating and experimental analysis. Calculate the peak acceleration and pulse width that can be achieved by the bumpers made of different materials in this way, with a certain degree of accuracy, and guide the testing machine to purposely adjust the peak acceleration and pulse width required for the test.
