目的探讨肝癌组织中转化生长因子beta1表达与Treg浸润的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测213例肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织中TGF-β和Foxp3表达。结果肝癌组织中TGF-β低表达组92例,高表达组121例,高表达阳性率为56.81%;癌旁组织中TGF-β低表达组44例,高表达组169例,高表达阳性率为79.34%,癌组织和癌旁高表达率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。肝癌组织中Foxp3细胞平均密度为2.76个/HP,癌旁极少见或未见。肝癌组织中TGF-β与Foxp3表达呈正相关(r=0.221,P=0.027)。肝癌组织中TGF-β和Foxp3表达在患者血浆AFP浓度高水平组高于低水平组(P=0.017 6,0.028 1)。结论 TGF-β在肝癌瘤旁组织较之肝癌组织表达更为明显,而Treg侵润则与之不相符,在肝癌组织中TGF-β的表达,与肿瘤局部组织中的Treg侵润具有一定的正相关性,与临床特征相关联可见患者血清AFP水平与TGF-β及Foxp3表达具有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 and Treg infiltration in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of TGF-β and Foxp3 in 213 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancer liver tissues. Results There were 92 cases of low expression of TGF-β in hepatocellular carcinoma and 121 cases of high expression in high-expression group, the positive expression rate was 56.81%. In low-expression of TGF-β group, 44 cases were high expression group and 169 cases were high expression group 79.34%. There was a significant difference in the expression rate of cancer tissues and paracancer (P = 0.000 0). The average density of Foxp3 cells in HCC tissues was 2.76 cells / HP. There was a positive correlation between TGF-β and Foxp3 expression in HCC (r = 0.221, P = 0.027). The expression of TGF-β and Foxp3 in HCC tissues was higher than that in the low-level group (P = 0.017 6,0.028 1). Conclusion The expression of TGF-β is more obvious in HCC tissues than that in HCC tissues, but not in Treg tissues. The expression of TGF-β in HCC tissues is similar to that of Treg in tumor tissues Positive correlation with clinical features shows that serum AFP levels in patients with TGF-β and Foxp3 expression has a certain correlation.
