目的:优化和完善硝酸甘油软膏的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈∶水(50∶50),检测波长为220 nm,流速为1 ml·min~(-1),柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:硝酸甘油在0.020 3~0.203 3 mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.70%(RSD=1.06%,n=9)。结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于硝酸甘油软膏中硝酸甘油的含量测定。
Objective: To optimize and perfect the determination of nitroglycerin ointment. Methods: The column was Hypersil ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile: water (50:50) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 220 nm and a flow rate of 1 ml · min ~ (-1). The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 20μl. Results: Nitroglycerin showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.020 3 ~ 0.203 3 mg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 99.70% (RSD = 1.06%, n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of nitroglycerin in nitroglycerin ointment.
