本文应用相似理论的原理和现有的切削模型，以很少的切削力数据，简单实用求不同直径麻花钻头钻削力．通过钻削实验确认了钻头切削力相似预测的正确性及适用性．
In this paper, the principle of similar theory and the existing cutting model, with a small amount of cutting force data, simple and practical requirements for different diameter twist drill bit drilling force. The correctness and applicability of similar prediction of bit cutting force were confirmed by drilling experiments.
