目的建立测定工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的气相色谱法。方法空气中的乙二醇醚类化合物用活性炭管采集,甲醇-二氯甲烷(15+85,v/v)溶液解吸,DB-624毛细管柱分离,气相色谱法定性定量。结果在选定色谱条件下可完全分离,测定线性范围、最低检出浓度、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率、准确度、精密度、样品稳定性均符合GBZ 210.4-2008的要求;对辖区内使用了含部分上述乙二醇醚类化合物涂料的3类场所30个实际样品进行测定,共检出4个阳性样品,分别为乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯4种化合物,且与原料成分标示一致。结论方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中相应乙二醇醚类化合物的监测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of 12 kinds of glycol ethers in the air of the workplace. Methods The ethylene glycol ethers in the air were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by methanol-dichloromethane (15 + 85, v / v) solution and separated by DB-624 capillary column. The results can be completely separated under the selected chromatographic conditions. The linear range, minimum detection concentration, sampling efficiency, penetration capacity, desorption efficiency, accuracy, precision, sample stability are in line with the requirements of GBZ 210.4-2008; 30 samples of the three types of sites containing some of the above glycol ether compounds were used for the determination. Four positive samples were detected, namely ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, Alcohol butyl ether acetate 4 compounds, and with the ingredients of the ingredients marked. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and can be used to monitor the corresponding glycol ethers in the air of workplace.
