为研究脑发育关键期内低碘及甲状腺激素缺乏对中枢乙酰胆碱代谢酶活性的影响,对20日龄大鼠的海马、大脑皮层、前脑基底和小脑胆碱乙酰胆碱转移酶(CHAT)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)各亚类活性进行了测定。结果显示,低碘组和甲低组大鼠的海马、大脑皮层和前脑基底3个脑区两种酶总活性均明显低于对照水平。两个实验组的4个脑区的膜结合性AChE/溶解性AChE比值及“不可提取”部分乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及活性百分比均明显低于对照组;而溶解型AChE活性及活性百分比高于对照组。提示,在脑发育关键期内,低碘和甲状腺激素缺乏可影响乙酰胆碱转移酶的成熟,并可干扰乙酰胆碱酯酶各分子类型之间的转化和成熟过程;并使胆碱能神经元的发育明显落后
In order to study the effect of low iodine and thyroid hormone deficiency on the central acetylcholine metabolism during the critical period of brain development, the effects of acetylcholinesterase (CHAT) and acetylcholinesterase (CHAT) in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, basal forebrain and cerebellum of 20-day- Enzyme (AChE) activity of various subclasses were determined. The results showed that the activity of the two enzymes in hippocampus, cerebral cortex and basal forebrain in low iodine group and hypothyroidism group were significantly lower than those in control group. The membrane-bound AChE / soluble AChE ratio and “non-extractable” AChE activity and percentage of activity in the four brain regions in the two experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the AChE / AChE activity and percentage of activity were higher than those in the control group.
