目的 研究在肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)双价灭活疫苗基础免疫的基础上 ,1年后分别用双价苗和Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型单价苗分别进行加强免疫 ,以观察不同型别疫苗加强后机体的抗体应答水平及区别 ,以确定加强疫苗剂型。方法 对 2 0 6名疫苗接种者中的部分接种者 ,在基础免疫后 2周及 1年后 (加强前 )和加强后 2周、1年分别采集血清 ,以间接免疫荧光试验 (IFA)和微量细胞病变中和试验 (MCPENT)检测IFA -IgG抗体和中和抗体。 结果 ( 1)基础免疫后2周IFA -IgG抗体阳转率为 96 76% ,GMT为 3 8 0 5 ;中和抗体阳转率 :Ⅰ型为 10 0 % ,Ⅱ型为 92 5 0 % ;中和抗体GMT :Ⅰ型为 2 0 82 ,Ⅱ型为 15 66。 ( 2 )基础免疫后 1年 (加强前 )IFA -IgG抗体阳转率降为 5 1 91% ,GMT也降到2 5 45 ;中和抗体阳转率 :Ⅰ型为 5 5 81% ,Ⅱ型为 46 5 1%。中和抗体GMT也分别降到 5 45和 5 18。 ( 3 )加强免疫后 2周IFA -IgG抗体阳转率回升到 98 46% ,GMT也上升到 3 8 0 2 ;同时中和抗体性率 :3组两型抗体均为 10 0 %阳转 ;Ⅰ型抗体GMT分别为 2 0 0 1,46 66和 12 42 ;Ⅱ型抗体和GMT分别为 2 0 0 0、19 99和 16 82。结论 在双价疫苗基础免疫的基础上 ,通过 3种疫苗加强免疫 ,产生的IFA抗体和中和抗体在阳性率和GMT水平 3组间很接近 ,?
Objective To study the basic immunization of dual inactivated vaccine against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) based on one year after vaccination with double-price vaccine and type I and type II monovalent vaccine respectively to observe the effect of different types of vaccine After the body’s antibody response levels and differences in order to strengthen the vaccine dosage form. Methods A total of 260 vaccinated persons were vaccinated. Serum was collected at two weeks and one year after basal immunization (before enhancement) and two weeks and one year after booster, respectively. Serum was collected by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) and IFA-IgG antibodies and neutralizing antibodies were detected by the Mitochondrial Neutralization Assay (MCPENT). Results (1) IFA-IgG antibody positive rate was 96 76% and GMT was 3 8 05 after 2 weeks of basal immunization. Positive rate of neutralizing antibody was 100% for type I and 92 50% for type II. The neutralizing antibody GMT: type I was 2082 and type II was 1566. (2) The IFA-IgG antibody positive rate was reduced to 5191% and the GMT was also reduced to 2 455 at 1 year after basal immunization (before enhancement); the positive rate of neutralizing antibody was 5581% The type is 46 5 1%. The neutralizing antibody GMT dropped to 5 45 and 5 18, respectively. (3) IFA-IgG antibody positive rate rose to 98 46% and GMT increased to 3 8 0 2 after 2 weeks of booster immunization; At the same time, the rate of neutralizing antibody: 3 types of two types of antibodies were 100% The GMTs of type I antibodies were 200 ± 1, 666 and 12 42, respectively. The type II antibodies and GMTs were 200, 190, 99 and 16 82, respectively. Conclusion Based on the basic immunization of bivalent vaccine, IFA antibody and neutralizing antibody produced by three kinds of vaccines are very similar between the three groups in positive rate and GMT level.
