为了增强中国工业企业的全球竞争力,即实现低成本、高质量、快速交货和更多的灵活性等4个主要目标,本文论述了5种现代生产和运作管理技术:全员参与,准时制生产,全面质量管理,供应链管理和企业资源计划。同时,为了解决中国工业企业中存在的具体运作问题,必须在一套具体的改善流程中分析和改善企业的生产和运作过程,并将所述的现代生产和运作管理技术运用于其中。
In order to enhance the global competitiveness of China’s industrial enterprises, that is, to achieve the four major goals of low cost, high quality, fast delivery and more flexibility, this paper discusses five modern production and operation management techniques: full participation, on time Production, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning. At the same time, in order to solve the specific operational problems existing in China’s industrial enterprises, it is necessary to analyze and improve the production and operation of enterprises in a specific set of improvement processes and apply the described modern production and operation management techniques.
