气相色谱分析是现代分析的重要手段之一。它具有分离效能高,分析速度快、定量结果准确、应用范围广的特点。色谱的柱效和分离度是气相色谱理论的两个重要内容。色谱分离条件的选择是每个色谱工作者必须掌握的内容。色谱柱的选择性可用“分离度”来表示。同一色谱柱在同一条件下,对不同的物质有不同的R值。一般认为R≥1.5时,两个组分可完全分离。本文根据自己多年的经验,针对色谱分离条件的选择,做一简单介绍。
Gas chromatographic analysis is an important means of modern analysis. It has high separation efficiency, fast analysis, quantitative results accurate, wide range of applications. The chromatographic efficiency and resolution are two important aspects of GC theory. The choice of chromatographic conditions is something that every chromatographer must master. Column selectivity can be expressed as “resolution”. The same column under the same conditions, different substances have different R value. Generally believed that R ≥ 1.5, the two components can be completely separated.
