许多研究显示肾活检时,肾功能改变和间质改变高度相关(包括间质纤维化和小管萎缩)。在IgA肾病大规模队列分析研究中显示间质纤维化是最有价值的预后评估因子。损伤导致细胞外基质的积聚,导致间质纤维化和肾小球硬化。不但间质细胞外基质而且肾小球的细胞外基质均与肾功能相关。
Numerous studies have shown that renal biopsy is associated with a significant correlation between changes in renal function and interstitial changes (including interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy). In a large cohort study of IgA nephropathy, interstitial fibrosis was shown to be the most valuable prognostic factor. Injury leads to the accumulation of extracellular matrix, leading to interstitial fibrosis and glomerulosclerosis. Not only the stromal extracellular matrix but also the glomerular extracellular matrix are associated with renal function.
