当前,以转换经营机制为重点的搞活国营大中型企业的改革正在逐步展开,我厂也被列为上海市转换经营机制首批8家改革试点企业之一。随着转换经营机制改革的启动,职工们产生了各种各样的思想,其中有相当一部分职工在担心和忧虑:转换经营机制后,职工的主人翁地位是否也会“转换”?主人翁会不会成为雇佣工?这些想法归结到一点就是转换经营机制与依靠职工办企业的关系问题。笔者认为,正确认识转换经营机制与依靠职工办企业的关系,对于充分发挥职工的积极性,推进转换经营机制的改革,认真搞好国营大中型企业,具有重要的现实意义。
At present, reforms to invigorate large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises focused on transforming management mechanisms are gradually underway. Our factory is also listed as one of the first eight reform pilot enterprises in Shanghai to transform the operating mechanism. With the start of the transformation of the reform of the operating mechanism, the employees have produced a variety of ideas. Among them, a considerable number of employees are worried and anxious about whether the ownership status of employees will be “converted” after the conversion of operating mechanisms. Being a wage-earner? These ideas boil down to the problem of changing the relationship between operating mechanisms and relying on employee-run businesses. The author believes that correctly understanding the relationship between the transformation of operating mechanisms and relying on employee-run enterprises has important practical significance in giving full play to the enthusiasm of employees, promoting reforms in the transformation of operating mechanisms, and conscientiously doing a good job in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
