为支撑蔬菜穴盘育苗潮汐灌溉技术应用,筛选番茄穴盘育苗最优潮汐灌溉制度,以“硬粉8号”番茄为试材,采用L4(23)正交试验设计,分析番茄穴盘苗生长及生理变化、基质性质和灌水量指标。结果表明,T3的番茄穴盘苗生育期提前,生长势强,壮苗指数、光合效率和根系活力高。与顶部洒水灌溉处理(T1和T2)相比,潮汐灌溉处理(T3和T4)的基质电导率低,灌溉量小。3因素对植株鲜重、植株干重、壮苗指数、G值、净光合速率和根系活力影响最大的均是灌溉频率,对灌溉量影响最大的是灌溉方式。总结出番茄穴盘育苗最优灌溉制度是A2B1C2,即灌溉方式为潮汐灌溉,灌溉频率为每2 d 1次,灌溉时间为下午16:00。
In order to support the tide irrigation technology of vegetable plug seedling nurturing, the optimal tidal irrigation system of plug seedling of tomato was screened out. The experiment of L4 (23) orthogonal design was conducted using Seedling growth and physiological changes, matrix properties and irrigation volume indicators. The results showed that tomato seedlings of T3 had earlier growth period, strong growth potential, strong seedling index, photosynthetic efficiency and higher root activity. Compared with the top sprinkler irrigation treatments (T1 and T2), tidal irrigation treatments (T3 and T4) have lower matrix conductivity and lower irrigation rates. The three factors affecting fresh weight, plant dry weight, seedling index, G value, net photosynthetic rate and root vigor are the most influential irrigation frequency, and irrigation is the most influential factor on irrigation volume. The conclusion is that the optimum irrigation system of tomato plug seedlings is A2B1C2, that is tidal irrigation. The irrigation frequency is 1 time every 2 days and the irrigation time is 16:00.
