留守儿童普遍存在着不同程度的生活和心理负担,在成长过程中出现了种种问题,影响了他们的健康发展,造成一定程度的性格缺陷和心理障碍。笔者以部分留守儿童为研究对象,运用《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》进行问卷调查,并筛选出有代表性的留守儿童进行访谈,发现留守儿童焦虑情绪主要表现在恐怖倾向、学习焦虑、自责倾向、冲动倾向和孤独感,情绪管理和认识是影响他们焦虑的重要因素。
Left-behind children generally have varying degrees of living and psychological burdens. During the process of their growth, various problems have arisen, affecting their healthy development and causing a certain degree of personality defects and psychological barriers. Using left-behind children as the research object, the author conducted a questionnaire survey using the “Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT)” and screened out representative left-behind children for interviews and found that left-behind children’s anxiety mainly manifested in terrorist tendencies, learning anxiety, Obligation, impulsiveness and loneliness, emotional management and awareness are important factors that affect their anxiety.
