对武钢6号高炉炉身结厚的处理实践进行了总结,并提出了预防结厚的措施。认为冷却系统漏水、焦炭和烧结矿质量变差、冷却强度过高、应对措施滞后等是6号高炉炉身结厚的主要原因。经过半年来的摸索清理了炉身结厚,取得的经验教训是:①早发现早调剂,改变煤气流来冲刷结厚的渣皮是最经济有效的手段;②在调剂的过程中应坚持“以风为纲”的原则,在保证风量的前提下来调剂才能取得经济实惠的效果。
Wugang No. 6 blast furnace shaft thick knot practice summary, and put forward measures to prevent knot thick. It is considered that the leakage of the cooling system, the deterioration of the quality of coke and sinter, the high cooling intensity and the lag of response measures are the main reasons for the shaft thickening of No. 6 blast furnace. After six months of exploration to clear the shaft structure knot, the lessons learned are: ① early detection of early adjustment, change the gas flow to scour the knot is the most economical and effective means; ② in the process of adjustment should adhere to “Wind as the key link” principle, in the premise of ensuring the amount of air conditioning in order to achieve economic benefits.
