我公司2 500 t/d生产线采用单系列5级旋风预热器、Φ5.1 m×30 m管道式分解炉,于2014年12月新上SNCR脱硝系统,NOx排放值控制在400 mg/Nm3以下,氨水使用量在500 kg/h,由于大量的冷风和氨水喷入分解炉,热耗增加约2~3 kgce/tcl,系统受到影响,熟料生产成本增加较多。为了降低能耗,减少氨水使用量,公司采用分级燃烧技术来降低NOx。经过改造调试,运行3个月减排效果良好,在不喷氨水的情况下,NOx排放降低50%~60%,使用少量氨水或有时停用
