研究破壁与未破壁灵芝孢子粉多糖在模拟人体环境中释放程度的差异,破壁与未破壁孢子分别经人工胃、肠液作用后,多糖溶出率分别为46.82%、83.91%和17.56%、33.03%,破壁孢子经人工胃肠液共同作用后多糖总溶出率达到88.04%。试验结果表明,灵芝孢子经破壁处理后有利于其功效成分在人体胃肠中的释放。
The difference in the degree of release of broken and unbroken ganoderma lucidum spore powder polysaccharides in a simulated human environment was studied. After the disrupted and unbroken spores were treated with artificial gastric and intestinal fluids respectively, the dissolution rates of polysaccharides were 46.82%, 83.91%, and 17.56%, respectively. , 33.03%, the total dissolution rate of polysaccharides was 88.04% after the disrupted spores were combined with artificial gastrointestinal fluid. The test results show that the treatment of broken ganoderma lucidum spores is beneficial to the release of its functional components in the human gastrointestinal tract.
