食用菌不仅味美,还具有降低血液中的胆固醇、抗癌、治疗高血压的保健作用。我国是食用菌生产和消费大国,以规模化方式生产食用菌,可提高食用菌的生产效率和产量以及经济收入。但接种环节容易受到杂菌污染,从而影响食用菌的接种率、产量及质量。专业从事食用菌生产环境杀菌消毒的专业人士认为,采用综合杀菌技术,可有效提高食用菌的接种率和食用菌的产量及质量。
