原癌基因是细胞基因组的正常成分 ,在正常情况下不表达或有限表达 ,具有调节细胞增殖、分化和信息传递等功能。在精子发生过程中有许多原癌基因呈阶段和特异性表达。睾丸支持细胞和间质细胞的生长发育及内分泌过程中均伴有某些原癌基因表达增强。探究原癌基因与睾丸功能的关系及其与睾丸功能调控因素之间的关系有助于在分子水平上了解睾丸功能的调控
Proto-oncogene is the normal component of the cell genome, under normal circumstances do not express or limited expression, with regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and information transfer functions. During the process of spermatogenesis, many proto-oncogenes are expressed in stages and specifically. Some of the proto-oncogenes are accompanied by increased expression of endogenous protooncogene during the development and endocrine process of testicular sertoli cells and stromal cells. To explore the relationship between proto-oncogene and testicular function and its relationship with regulatory factors in testis may help to understand the regulation of testicular function at the molecular level
