高校在进行艺术类专业教师招聘过程中存在招聘渠道单一、评价标准不完善、考核方式单一,缺乏聘后管理等问题。这些问题既来源于现行高校管理体制的制约,也反映了招聘部门对艺术类专业特性的把握不够。要提高高校艺术类专业教师的招聘效用,须从完善管理、明确权责,创新考核评价标准,丰富招聘组织形式,加强聘后管理、探索多种用工形态四个方面着手。
Colleges and universities in the recruitment of art teachers in the recruitment process there is a single channel, the evaluation criteria are not perfect, a single assessment methods, the lack of post-employment management and other issues. These problems originated from the constraints of the current university management system, but also reflects the recruitment department’s lack of mastery of the characteristics of art specialty. In order to improve the recruiting effectiveness of art teachers in colleges and universities, it is necessary to improve the hiring efficiency of art teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of improving management, defining rights and responsibilities, innovating evaluation standards, enriching recruitment organizations, strengthening post-employment management and exploring various employment patterns.
