Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a cytokine that acts mainly on vascular endothelial cells, is the most important factor promoting angiogenesis. It promotes the proliferation and differentiation of endothelial cells, promotes the accumulation of intracellular calcium and increases the expression of microvessels Permeability and induce angiogenesis and other effects. Vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, VEGFR) in a variety of tumor cells have a high level of expression. Angiogenesis is found in malignant hematological tumors, accompanied by the increase of VEGF and its receptor, which play an extremely important role in the growth, proliferation, metastasis, survival and stability of malignant hematological tumor cells. Foreign scholars use reverse transcriptase chain reaction, Western blot, solid-phase radioimmunoassay and other methods to detect the levels of VEGF, VEGFR and VEGF in peripheral blood and bone marrow of patients with different types and stages of hematological malignancies Different types of leukemia treatment, relapse, prognosis have a certain relationship.
