本文提出了以摩擦副的(pv)应力模型和应力—强度干涉模型为基础,建立轴向柱塞泵缸体—配流盘这对关键摩擦副的耐磨可靠性设计模型。并以XB40型轴向柱塞泵为实例,作了缸体—配流盘的耐磨可靠性设计。
In this paper, the design model of the wear resistance reliability of the axial piston pump cylinder block and the valve plate, which is based on the friction pair (pv) stress model and the stress-strength interference model, is established. Taking the XB40 type axial piston pump as an example, we designed the wear-resisting reliability of the cylinder-to-distribution plate.
