针对工程中常用的各类格构型动臂式塔机结构的力学建模及计算分析,开发出基于成熟有限元软件并融合国内外起重机设计标准的,交互式参数化动臂式起重机结构计算分析平台LUSPAP系统。该系统主要由建模前处理、有限元计算、后处理输出等3大部分组成。前处理通过Visual Basic和Visual Fortran进行几何图形库与材料数据准备,有限元计算应用SAP84软件完成,后处理部分则根据国内外设计规范和相关标准对有限元计算结果进行进一步的强度、刚度和稳定性的评判。窗口式的操作、友好的人机交互模式、直观的视觉图形显示、便捷的参数化输入,全面丰富的分析结果输出,使设计计算者无需精通有限元建模知识和程序就可高效准确地进行动臂式塔机结构的计算分析。
Aiming at the mechanics modeling and calculation analysis of all kinds of lattice boom type tower crane commonly used in engineering, the structure calculation of the interactive parameterized boom crane based on mature finite element software and integration of domestic and international crane design standards was developed Analysis platform LUSPAP system.
