第一条　为了对《测绘学报》稿件进行平等公正的评审和处理，确保所刊登论文的学术水平，特制订本制度。第二条　编辑人员对来稿登记后，应及时选择两名与作者非同一单位的同行专家进行初复审。送审稿件时，必须删去原稿（包括英文稿）中的作者姓名，即作者姓名对审稿人保密。 Article 1 In order to evaluate and deal with the manuscripts of the Journal of Surveying and Mapping in an equal and fair manner and to ensure the academic standards of the published papers, a special system of this article is formulated.
