先进复合材料以其高比强度、高比刚度的特性、显著的减重效益及良好的成型工艺性,逐渐成为小型无人飞机的主体材料。复合材料容易实现整体固化成形,机械连接少,而小型无人机载荷小,结构形式相对简单,一般用玻璃纤维复合材料就能满足设计要求。本文对小型无人飞机复合材料典型结构形式进行了详细分析,可为小型无人飞机采用复合材料结构设计提供参考。
Advanced composite materials with its high specific strength, high stiffness characteristics, significant weight loss benefits and good processability, and gradually become the main body of a small UAV. Composite material is easy to achieve the overall solidification molding, mechanical connection less, and small UAVs load is small, the structure is relatively simple, generally with glass fiber composite materials to meet the design requirements. In this paper, the typical structure of the small unmanned aircraft composite structure was analyzed in detail, which can provide a reference for the design of the composite structure of the UAV.
