文化软实力就是文化的影响力、凝聚力和感召力,就是一个民族的文化在与“他者文化”的遭遇中所彰显出来的创生力量。中国的文化软实力的建设才刚刚起步,与发达国家之间仍有着相当大的差距。如果不重视建构文化软实力,不仅我们自己的文化产品输出有问题,影响力受到限制,而且还会被别人占领本土市场,直接影响到国家的文化安全。
Cultural soft power is the cultural influence, cohesion and charisma, which is a creative force demonstrated by a nation’s culture in the encounter with “the other’s culture.” The construction of China’s cultural soft power has just started, and there is still a considerable gap between China and the developed countries. If we do not attach importance to the construction of cultural soft power, not only our own output of cultural products have problems, the influence is limited, but also will be occupied by others in the local market, a direct impact on the country’s cultural security.
