广州轨道交通3号线北延段全长30.9 km,呈南北走向,贯穿广州城市北部,北连广州新白云机场,南接3号线北端,连接机场和番禺城区,是广州市南北交通的大动脉,也是广州亚运会的参观者们出机场看到的第一条轨道交通线路。3号线北延段能否高水平开通直接影响整个广州市轨道交通服务水平,以及2010年广州亚运会的客运保障。3号线北延段信号系统采用泰雷兹公司的CTBC(基于通信的列车自动控制)移动闭塞SelTrac系统。本文从5个方面系统地介绍了广州轨道交通3号线北延段信号系统项目成功的项目管理经验。
The north extension of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 stretches for 30.9 km and runs north-south. It runs through the northern part of Guangzhou City. It borders Guangzhou New Baiyun Airport in the north and connects the north end of Line 3 in the south. It connects the airport with Panyu City and is the artery of north- , But also the first rail transit line seen by visitors to the Guangzhou Asian Games. Line 3 North Extension can open a high level directly affect the entire Guangzhou city rail transit service levels, as well as the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games passenger protection. Line 3 North Extension Signaling System uses Thales’ CTBC (Communication Based Automatic Train Control) to move the SelTrac system off. This article systematically introduces the successful project management experience of the north extension signal system project of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 from five aspects.
