给出了一种适用于空间应用的全固态高重复频率窄脉冲激光器。激光器采用超稳双porro棱镜直线谐振腔,以LD侧面抽运Nd…YAG板条,磷酸氧钛铷(RTP)晶体作为电光调Q开关,并利用偏振耦合输出激光。实现了激光脉冲重复频率为1kHz、平均功率为1.15W、脉冲宽度为1.3ns、光束质量因子M~2为M_x~2=1.20和M_y~2=1.23、波长为1064nm的脉冲激光输出。激光器结构紧凑,性能良好,可作为未来新型空间探测激光雷达系统的光源。
An all-solid state high repetition frequency narrow pulse laser suitable for space applications is given. The laser uses an ultra-stable dual porro prism linear resonator, which pumped Nd ... YAG slab and RTP crystal as an electro-optic Q-switched switch on the LD side and outputs the laser by polarization. The laser pulse repetition frequency is 1kHz, the average power is 1.15W, the pulse width is 1.3ns, the beam quality factor M ~ 2 is M_x ~ 2 = 1.20 and M_y ~ 2 = 1.23, and the wavelength is 1064nm. Compact and well-behaved, the laser can be used as a light source for new space-exploration lidar systems in the future.
