目的探讨大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏试验的可行性。方法选取临床分离的非重复多重耐药菌40株,以棋盘稀释法、琼脂稀释法和纸片扩散法,分别检测大蒜素单独使用的MIC值,及与环丙沙星和庆大霉素的联合使用后这二种药物的MIC值和抑菌环直径的变化,同时判定大蒜素M-H平板联合药敏试验与棋盘法的符合性。结果大蒜素与环丙沙星和庆大霉素的联合使用可使环丙沙星与庆大霉素对MRSA、HLGR、CR-PM、CR-SM和CR-PAMIC值下降2倍~8倍,抑菌环直径增加3 mm~15 mm;大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏结果与棋盘法的符合率为100%。结论大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏结果与棋盘法结果一致且方法简便,稳定性好,可以适用于临床多耐药菌的联合药敏试验。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of allicin agar disk diffusion combined with susceptibility testing. Methods Forty strains of non-repetitive multi-drug resistant bacteria were selected. The MIC values of allicin and the MICs of ciprofloxacin and gentamycin were detected by the chessboard dilution method, agar dilution method and disk diffusion method, respectively The combination of these two drugs after the MIC value and the diameter of the antibacterial ring changes, while determining allicin MH plate susceptibility testing and check the law compliance. Results The combination of allicin and ciprofloxacin and gentamicin could reduce the concentration of ciprofloxacin and gentamicin by 2-fold to 8-fold against MRSA, HLGR, CR-PM, CR-SM and CR-PAMIC , And the diameter of bacteriostasis ring increased by 3 mm ~ 15 mm. The coincidence rate of allicin agar disk diffusion method and chessboard method was 100%. Conclusion Allicin agar disk diffusion combined with susceptibility results consistent with the results of the checkerboard method and simple, good stability, and can be applied to clinical multi-drug resistant strains combined susceptibility testing.
