为推广种子机械精选、提高种子质量、增加亩产量,我们在水稻种子机械精选试验的基础上,又进行小麦种子机械精选后的田间效益及确定种子最佳播种量的试验。材料与方法 1.选用本市大面积推广的小麦品种“扬麦5号”为材料;5XF—1.3型复式种子精选机为机具。 2.对精选和未精选的种子,首先测定净度、千粒重、发芽率等指标,进行播种质量比较;然后各进行3个不同播种量的对比试验,观察田间生育情况,计算增减产幅度及确定精选种子的最佳播种量。 3.不同播种量的设计:
