食品是人们最基的消费品,食品的安全一直是人们讨论的热点,最近某事件再次将人们眼光聚集在奶粉安全上,如何识别食品供应链上潜伏的各种风险,科学地评估这些风险,有效地做好风险控制,是摆在每个供应链管理者和相关研究者面前的难题。基于食品供应链的特点,识别食品供应链上潜在的主要风险因素,运用AHP方法,建立风险评估模型,试图定量评估各个风险因素对整个食品供应链的影响力权重,从而辨识影响力最强的关键风险因素,为保证食品供应链的安全提供借鉴。
