膜式燃气表是当前社会上应用较广泛的气体流量计。阀盖的密封性对膜式燃气表的计量准确性有很大影响,而阀盖工作面的表面粗糙度是决定其密封性能的关键因素。首先分析研究了光切法与激光三角法的表面粗糙度测量方案,结果表明激光三角法更适合阀盖表面粗糙度的测量;其次,利用激光三角法对阀盖工作面进行了表面粗糙度测量,测量结果与采用某精密公司的触针式表面粗糙度测量仪测量值相比,两者存在较小误差。研究结果表明了激光三角法测量阀盖表面粗糙度的可行性,为检测阀盖密封性提供了有效手段。
Membrane gas meter is currently widely used in the community of gas meters. The sealing of the valve cover has a great influence on the metering accuracy of the membrane gas meter, and the surface roughness of the valve cover working face is the key factor that determines the sealing performance. The results show that the laser triangulation method is more suitable for measuring the surface roughness of the valve cover. Secondly, the surface roughness of the valve cover working surface is measured by the laser triangulation method , The measurement results and the use of a precision company’s stylus surface roughness measuring instrument measured values, there is little error between the two. The results show that the laser triangulation method to measure the surface roughness of the valve cover is feasible and it provides an effective measure for the sealing of the valve cover.
