针对矿用电机车直流调速系统中出现的问题,诸如停车不准确、响应不迅速,提出了将改进的灰色预测模型与PID控制结合,改善了传统PID控制非线性系统效果不理想的弊端,使系统调速更快、更精确。这就实现了系统的高效、稳定,使调速系统更加完善,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK下进行了仿真,验证了该种设计的可行性。
Aiming at the problems in the DC motor speed regulation system of mining electric locomotive, such as the inaccurate parking and the unresponsiveness, the improved gray forecasting model and PID control are proposed to improve the disadvantages of traditional PID control nonlinear system. Make the system speed faster and more accurate. This realizes the high efficiency and stability of the system, improves the speed regulation system and simulates it under MATLAB / SIMULINK to verify the feasibility of this kind of design.
