目的:探讨乌司他丁对重症胰腺炎大鼠TNF-α和IL-1β水平的影响。方法:胰胆管逆行注射牛磺胆酸钠制作大鼠SAP模型,wistar大鼠60分为3组,乌司他丁治疗组,重症胰腺炎(SAP)组,对照(NC)组,每组20只。术后6h对各组大鼠行血清淀粉酶、TNF-α及IL-1β的检测,并取各组大鼠胰腺组织标本行病理学观察。结果:乌司他丁治疗组血清淀粉酶、TNF-α及IL-1β较SAP组明显降低,胰腺组织坏死程度减轻(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁可调节细胞因子水平,改善胰腺组织微循环,减轻全身炎症反应,对SAP有治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in rats with severe pancreatitis. Methods: SAP model was made by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate into the pancreaticobiliary duct. 60 wistar rats were divided into three groups: ulinastatin group, SAP group and control group (n = 20) only. After 6h, serum amylase, TNF-α and IL-1β were detected in each group, and the pathological changes of pancreatic tissue in each group were observed. Results: The levels of serum amylase, TNF-α and IL-1β in ulinastatin group were significantly lower than those in SAP group, and the necrosis of pancreas was relieved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ulinastatin can modulate the level of cytokines, improve the microcirculation of the pancreas and relieve the systemic inflammatory reaction, which has a therapeutic effect on SAP.
