利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对Fe23Ni0.55C合金{259}_f马氏体表面浮凸作了观察与定量分析,并测定了其不同变体的相变切变角.试验结果表明,{259}_f马氏体的表面浮凸为规则表面倾动,基本符合不变平面应变(IPS);{259}_f马氏体表面浮凸多呈“N”型,不过“Z”字型马氏体的表面浮凸呈双倾动“帐篷”型;母相压缩变形使表面浮凸的尺寸变小,但浮凸角变化不大;{259}_f马氏体的表面浮凸无论大小,浮凸角均非常接近,具有良好的“自相似性”;{259}_f马氏体不同变体切变角的测定值与传统W-L-R理论符合较好,误差小于3.654°.
The surface embossment of {259} _f martensite on Fe23Ni0.55C alloy was observed and quantified by atomic force microscope (AFM), and the phase transformation shear angles of different variants were measured. The experimental results show that {259} _f The surface embossment of martensite was regular surface tilted, which basically corresponded to the invariant plane strain (IPS). The surface embossment of {259} _f martensite was mostly “N”, but the surface of “Z” The embossment was double tilted “tent” type; the compression deformation of the mother phase made the size of the surface embossment smaller, but the embossing angle did not change much; the surface embossment of {259} _f martensite was very large Close to, with good “self-similarity”; measured value of shear angle of different variants of {259} _f martensite is in good agreement with the traditional WLR theory, the error is less than 3.654 °.
