目的建立超高效液相色谱带PDA检测器法(UPLC-PDA)测定湿巾中甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯、4-羟基苯甲酸乙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丁酯、4-羟基苯甲酸丁酯等9种防腐剂的检测方法。方法湿巾样品经甲醇超声提取后,采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,乙腈-甲酸水溶液(p H值为2.6)为流动相,梯度洗脱,用PDA检测器检测,检测波长分别为254 nm、280 nm。结果以3倍空白噪声计,检出限为0.2 mg/kg~4.0 mg/kg;方法回收率为95.0%~101.2%;相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.2%(n=6)。结论该方法处理简单、灵敏度高、速度快,能快速准确测定湿巾中9种防腐剂。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, phenoxyethanol, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, 4- Hydroxybenzoate, isopropyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, isobutyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, butyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and other 9 kinds of preservatives detection methods. Methods The wet wipes samples were extracted by methanol and eluted with a mobile phase of Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) and acetonitrile-formic acid (p H = 2.6) Detector detection, detection wavelength 254 nm, 280 nm. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.2 mg / kg ~ 4.0 mg / kg based on 3 times of blank noise. The recoveries were 95.0% ~ 101.2%. The relative standard deviations were 0.9% ~ 2.2% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and fast, and can rapidly and accurately determine nine kinds of preservatives in wipes.
