随着信息化智能化手段的普及,交通行业形成了多样化的公路交通情况调查信息来源,交通情况调查工作迫切需要进一步研究解决多种数据来源融合问题。本研究首次提出了分层次的公路交通情况调查统计的指标体系,建立了公路交通情况调查统计指标与需求的关系矩阵;分析了高速公路收费数据、实时监控数据、RFID技术采集数据、“两客一危”卫星定位数据、治超信息系统数据和手机信息数据等6类数据的现状;在此基础上,构建了面向统计指标的,以常设站点与多源信息相融合的多样化、分层次、综合性的交通情况调查方法,设计了基于多源数据的公路交通情况调查统计框架;提出了下阶段公路交通情况调查体系建设的初步思路。研究成果可进一步提高公路交通情况调查信息采集与处理水平,有效扩展交通情况调查信息来源,为下阶段公路交通情况调查工作开展提供理论依据。 With the popularization of intelligent means of informationization, a diversified source of information on road traffic conditions has been formed in the transportation industry. Investigation of traffic conditions urgently needs to be further studied and solved for the integration of various data sources. This research presents for the first time a hierarchical index system of highway traffic condition investigation and statistics and sets up the relationship matrix of statistical indicators and demand of highway traffic conditions survey. It also analyzes highway toll data, real-time monitoring data, RFID technology data collection, Based on the current situation of six kinds of data such as “satellite data, passenger and pest risk” satellite positioning data, hyper-information system data and cell phone information data. On the basis of this, we constructed diversified, Based on the hierarchical and comprehensive survey of traffic conditions, a statistical framework for the investigation of highway traffic conditions based on multi-source data is designed. The initial train of thought for the construction of a highway traffic investigation system is proposed. The research results can further improve the collection and processing of road traffic condition investigation information, effectively expand the source of traffic investigation information and provide a theoretical basis for the investigation of highway traffic conditions in the next stage.
