自1980年起,K_(18F)煤漏斗车开始在齐厂批量生产。但该车的风手传动装置中的双联杠杆与传动轴的联接方法,笔者认为是很值得商榷的。此两零件的联接,原设计为键联接,但在制造的初期就修改为键联接再加过盈配合联接,而且是要求选配,并保证其过盈量为0.05~0.10毫米(有关联接零件及尺寸见图1)。本文将从双联杠杆与传动轴的受力分析与联接的计算来论述此种联接方法所存在的问题。
