以数字技术为基础的信息时代,数字电视正在世界各国蓬勃发展中,尤其在中国。进入21世纪以后,我国政府高度重视本国数字电视的发展和推广。从《有线电视向数字化过渡时间表》的提出,到设立试点城市、进行各种推广方案的尝试,再到“整体转换”模式的确定,广播电视总局正以前所未有的决心和力度发展数字电视。在这一过程中,政府与广电等相关行业、广电行业内部不同利益团体、以及受众等不同领域、不同层次均出现了很大的矛盾。本论文通过分析我国数字电视产业特点和不足,提出了我国数字电视产业发展壮大的对策
In the information age based on digital technology, digital television is booming in all countries in the world, especially in China. After entering the 21st century, our government attaches great importance to the development and promotion of its own digital television. From the proposal of “transitional period of CATV to digitalization” to the establishment of pilot cities, attempts of various promotional programs and the determination of the “overall conversion” mode, SARFT is developing figures with unprecedented determination and intensity TV. In this process, there are great contradictions between the government and various related industries such as broadcasting and television, different interest groups within the broadcasting and television industry, and audiences at different levels and at different levels.
