目前的学科教研活动,常常存在着缺乏研究主题、缺乏热情、缺乏连续性以及活动基本囿于学科等问题。我们凭借以提高课堂小组合作学习效率为主题的跨学科教研活动,通过课题组的多元化管理,为教师们深入实践新课程、实施课堂教学改革搭建了一个多元交流的平台,使教师们变换了角度看问题,发现了全新的教学和教研新景观。通过研究,我们发现,这样的跨学科主题式多元化教研管理是有效的,具有创新意义的。它培养了教师的合作能力和意识,激发了教师们的科研热情,拓宽与深化了教师们的教学反思,最终提升了教师们实施新课程的能力。
At present, the subject teaching and research activities often have problems such as lack of research topics, lack of enthusiasm, lack of continuity and basic activities in disciplines. With our interdisciplinary teaching and research activities on the theme of improving the efficiency of classroom group collaboration learning, we have implemented a series of interdisciplinary platforms for teachers through in-depth management of new courses and classroom teaching through teachers’ diversification, transforming teachers Point of view of the problem, found a new teaching and teaching new landscape. Through research, we found that such multidisciplinary subject-based teaching and research management is effective and innovative. It cultivates teachers ’ability and awareness of cooperation, arouses teachers’ enthusiasm for scientific research, broadens and deepens teachers ’teaching reflections, and ultimately enhances teachers’ ability to implement new curriculum.
