In recent years, ITIL, one of the international IT service management standards, has attracted the attention of more and more enterprise users as an IT service management implementation methodology. In the United States, most of the top 500 companies have or intend to implement ITIL. In China, there are also China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Netcom, HNA and FAW Group implemented ITIL, so what is the core of ITIL? Is it suitable for some industries?
