较长时间内长深孔的加工方法、刀具及工艺系统一直是人们致力研究的问题,自导向刀具是解决长深孔加工的重要工具之一。70年代末至80年代初国外曾用不同手段对导向块的磨损机理作了较深入的研究,但尚未看到关于导向块参数对加工孔表面质量影响的文献。本文以BTA刚性镗铰刀(见图1)加工精密长深孔为例,探讨导向块参数对被加工孔表面完整性的影响。试验是在T2130深孔钻镗床上进行的,加工材料为27SiMn热轧无缝钢管、PCrNiMn、35CrNiMoVA,8种材料均为调质状态。
For a long time, deep hole processing methods, tools and process systems have always been a problem that people are devoting to research. Self-directed cutting tools are one of the important tools to solve the problem of long deep hole processing. From the late 1970s to the early 1980s, the wear mechanisms of guide blocks have been studied deeply by different means. However, there is no literature on the influence of guide block parameters on the surface quality of machined holes. In this paper, BTA rigid boring reamers (see Figure 1) processing precision long deep hole as an example to explore the guide block parameters on the machined hole surface integrity. The test was carried out on the T2130 deep hole boring and drilling machine. The material was 27SiMn hot rolled seamless steel pipe, PCrNiMn, 35CrNiMoVA, 8 kinds of materials were in the state of quenched and tempered.
