以含氢硅油、丙烯酸酯和烯烃为原料,在氯铂酸螯合物的催化作用下,通过硅氢加成反应合成了酯化及烷基共改性有机硅。通过正交试验测定反应的转化率,探讨了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量以及反应物比例对反应的影响,并得出较适宜的反应条件为:第一步酯化改性反应时间为4h,反应温度为100℃,催化剂用量为25μg/g;第二步烷基改性反应时间6h,反应温度为120℃,催化剂用量为20μg/g,n(Si—H)∶n(C=C)=1∶1.4,在该条件下,含氢硅油中Si—H的转化率达94%。并对合成产品的表面性能进行了测试。
Hydrogenated silicone oil, acrylate and olefin as raw materials, the chloroplatinic acid chelate catalyzed by hydrosilylation reaction esterification and alkyl co-modified silicone were synthesized. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst and reactant ratio on the reaction were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the first step of esterification reaction time was 4h , The reaction temperature was 100 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 25μg / g; the second step alkyl modification reaction time was 6h, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 20μg / g, n ) = 1: 1.4, under this condition, the conversion of Si-H in the hydrogen-containing silicone oil reached 94%. The surface properties of the synthetic products were tested.
