企业家最重要的工作是与人沟通,但不经训练,他的演讲却可能是不知所云张居琨创业不久,运营着一家管理咨询公司。他现在每周至少要面对一二百人演讲一次,偶尔场面也能大到七八百人。他曾经以为,声音洪亮就能引起听众的兴趣,也显得自己很自信。但他想错了,事实上,他的演讲就像他的板寸一样,给人留下的印象过于强硬。
The most important job for an entrepreneur is to communicate with others, but without training, his speech may be unintelligible. Zhang Ju-kun started his business shortly after running a management consulting firm. He now has to face at least one or two hundred people a week for speech once in a while, occasionally as many as seven or eight hundred people. He used to think that having a loud voice can arouse the audience’s interest and also seem confident.
