新乡输油处濮阳站有3台KDY400-1 4 0×5型输油泵,使用的是2 5-H75S2/105-E301型机械密封。濮阳站是中洛线首站,输油生产任务较重。而中原油油质较差,运行时由于泥沙沉积,经常滞住机械密封动环的平衡弹簧(共6个),致使部分平衡弹簧失效,进而导致密封面配合不严,在启停泵时易发生大量漏油现象。此外,由于密封面配合不严,泥沙进入配合面之间还造成机械密封损伤碎裂,更增大了漏油量。由于机械密封漏油严重,泵机组无法正常运行,此时需要对机械密封进行更换。频繁更换机械密封,不仅浪费大量的人力物力财力,最主要的是对安全输油生产造成极大的影响。为解决上述问题,确保安全输油生产,对该类型输油泵机械密封的改造是我们最迫切需要解决的问题。

In order to solve the above problems and ensure the safety of oil production, the transformation of this type of oil pump mechanical seal is the most urgent problem that we need to solve.
