政务信息共享标准化是社会发展的需要,是转变政府作风的需要。政务信息共享能够提高政府办事的效率,减轻企业负担,从而提升企业竞争力;能提高人民群众的幸福感,满意度,是打造服务型政府的重要手段之一。本文通过剖析内蒙古电子政务建设,政务中心建设当中存在的问题,结合内蒙古自治区地域特点、民族特点、经济发展等多方面的因素,对构建内蒙古政务信息共享标准化体系进行研究。
The standardization of government affairs information sharing is the need of social development and the need of changing the government style. Government information sharing can improve the efficiency of government services, reduce the burden on enterprises, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises; to improve people’s happiness, satisfaction, is to build service-oriented government one of the important means. By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of E-government and government affairs center in Inner Mongolia, combining with the regional characteristics, ethnic characteristics and economic development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper studies the construction of standardized system of government affairs information sharing in Inner Mongolia.
