患者女性,66岁,农民。因饮人含毒鼠强茶水后反复抽搐伴意识障碍5h入当地医院。心电图示QS_(I.av L.V1-5)伴相应导联ST段弓背上抬0．2mV,血清酶CK 3000U,CK-MB 200U,LDH 700U,AST 100U,ALT 80U,入院诊断为毒鼠强中毒,急性心肌梗死伴心源性休克,予对症治疗。1d后意识转清,抽搐停止,2 d后转入本院。心电图改变仍提示
